Overview
Once a professional CV has been prepared, the next essential stage in the job application journey is mastering interview skills. An interview is a structured conversation between the applicant and a company’s representative, often from middle or senior management, with the aim of determining whether the candidate’s skills, personality, and experiences align with the role and organizational culture.
At the same time, interviews also provide applicants with the opportunity to evaluate the company’s environment, values, and expectations. Therefore, success depends not only on qualifications but also on preparation, communication ability, confidence, and self-presentation.
